Terms and Conditions

Membership accounts must only be created by adults age 18 years and over. Memberships and bookings will only be accepted by adults of age 18 years and over and by a person who has authority to make a booking. 

Full payment for a 12 month subscription is due at the time of purchasing your membership. Payment is non-refundable.

Discount for members on all bookings made will be a minimum of 5%. Discount will be available for members on all campsites and holiday parks, subject to their availability. 

As part of your membership, you will be supplied with a membership card. This must be shown on arrival along with valid proof of ID (driving license or a passport that matches the name on the membership card). Only the cardholder shown on the membership card is authorised to use the card.

If a campsite/holiday park offers a discount on goods/services during your break, your membership card must be shown along with a valid form of ID.

Membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will be automatically renewed each year. You may cancel, up to and including, 14 days before your membership expires. To view our full terms and conditions, please click here.
